Deluded to the end.

Bush says he was just a well intentioned guy and he didn't compromise his principles.

So his principles were an unjust endless war,  illegal detainment and torture, destroying the Constitution and civil liberties, ignoring the poor and victims of disaster, I could go on all day.  I hate to think what would happen if he had compromised his principles.
