Obama:Best Line from Press Conference last night: 'I like to know what I'm talking about before I speak'

When asked why there was a delay in expressing outrage over AIG executive bonuses, President Obama said he preferred to make informed statements. "It took us a couple of days because I like to know what I'm talking about before I speak," he said.
