Republicans want to amend constitution to match the Bible. Here is a start.
Amendment XXVIII
Citizens of the United States of America who choose to worship, or worship a statue of, anything other than the God described in the Old Testament of the Bible, shall be put to death.
Amendment XXIX
Citizens of the United States of America who utter the name of the Lord in vain, shall be put to death.
Amendment XXX
Citizens of the United States of America who choose to work on Sundays, shall be put to death.
Amendment XXXI
Citizens of the United States of America who fail to honor, or otherwise insult their parents, shall be put to death.
Amendment XXXII
Any citizen of the United States of America that kills another living being, shall be put to death.
Amendment XXXIII
Citizens of the United States of America who commit adultery, shall be put to death.
