Yes, you read right. According to their articles of incorporation the Diocese of Fort Worth is not allowed to carry on propaganda. I think we could make the case that they have violated this for 20+ years or so.

Here in Panama the word "propaganda" means "advertising." I don't think the diocese of Ft. Worth should be advertising, either!
You're quoting from the articles of incorporation of the Corporation of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth, which holds title to diocesan and parochial property in the diocese. The diocese itself is not incorporated.
